"This review is long overdue but absolutely deserved. Jeanne and Elizabeth truly restored my confidence in State Farm after a very poor experience with my previous agent. I dealt with a series of serious issues before—policies being bound with coverage I didn’t request, my auto policy being canceled without my knowledge (leaving me unknowingly uninsured on two vehicles), and ongoing documentation and administrative problems that carried into renewal. By the time I connected with Jeanne, I was ready to move to another carrier. Instead, I decided to give State Farm one more chance—and I’m glad I did. Jeanne and Elizabeth worked tirelessly to resolve every issue created by the previous agent, and there were many. Now, everything is exactly as agreed: my policies are correct, competitively priced, and backed by outstanding customer service. I’m very confident in having them handle my insurance going forward.
